Door Replacement in South Pavilion & Expo Hall Pre-Bid Q&A: The Commission will receive pre-bid questions via email at contracts@indianastatefair.com until 4:00PM, March 14, 2025. Responses sent via email/scanned cannot be accepted Telephone calls concerning any solicitation and/or bid cannot be accepted IN Summary of Scope of Work Remove existing door/frame and install new steel door at the following: South Pavilion (4) sets of exterior double doors (only two interior sets keyed) (6) sets of interior double doors (none of the doors keyed) (1) set of three individual doors (key center door only) (2) individual doors (both doors keyed) Expo Hall (2) individual doors (both doors keyed) All doors to have door closer(s). All exterior doors to have Best function lever set with Best style keyed construction core (where indicated above,) weather strip, threshold and door sweep. Caulk exterior and interior of frame to existing masonry/wall. Work shall be completed by May 15, 2026.
