Project Scope, Specification and Installation Requirement: Generator Capacity: 300kW, 277/480V, 3-Phase. Removal of the existing Kohler 300KW diesel generator. Installation of a new 300kW diesel generator. Unit-mounted radiator with 50C cooling system. Skid-mounted design. 5-year comprehensive warranty. Controller with remote monitoring capabilities. Battery charger (10A) & Generator heater. Rodent guards and fuel line connections. Exhaust system and ductwork modifications. Reconditioning of the diesel tank (rust treatment, cleaning, and painting.) Concrete and patchwork for louver removal. Freight and transportation costs included. Start-up services, including programming, voltage optimization, and diagnostics. Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) Gold Package: 1-year service contract with three scheduled visits and 24/7 support. Optional: Whole-home surge protector with installation. The project must be completed within Thirty (30) weeks after receipt of approved submittals. The selected vendor must provide generator tracking and monitoring for real-time alerts on power status and generator faults. The vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding installation and generator safety standards. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related work necessary to complete the work and the complete construction of the project in accordance with the scope of work
