Description: Project work includes: -Replacement of Bridge Nos. 2110203 and 2110204 on I-70 over St. Paul Road The existing three span steel beam bridges have varying span lengths with an existing clear roadway of 37'-0". The proposed single span steel girder bridges have span lengths of 85'-0", with a proposed clear roadway of 54'-0". All new abutment construction will be supported on micro piles. -There is 0.83 miles of upgrading for the I-70 approach roadway eastbound and 0.82 miles westbound, which includes resurfacing of I-70, placement of new traffic barriers, stormwater management facilities, signing, permanent pavement striping, and relocation of ITS cameras. -Both lanes of existing traffic in each direction on I-70 will be maintained at all times utilizing staged construction. Contractors shall note that the required project schedule for this project is a Cost-Loaded Type C - CPM Complex Project.
