The Nonmandatory Prebid Conference is for the Purpose of Reviewing the Project and Answering Bidder's Questions. The Project shall be known as River Run Park at Northport Shore - Package No.5 Audio/ Visual and the general character of said public works project shall consist of the following: Audio/Visual equipment, wiring, and installation. Digital scoreboard/screen and sound system for both championship fields. Simple led scoreboards for all other fields and an outdoor A/V rack provided for each field kept separate from all other fields. This work comes alongside "Package No. 4 - Vertical Construction" and coordination with existing raceways and power is required. B. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: The A/V system covers 9 athletic fields Question Deadline 03/14/2025 If any bidder contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Engineer/Architect or Construction Manager, as the case may be, a written request for an interpretation thereof at least ten (10) days prior to bid opening. The bidder submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery.
