The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting additional market research to identify if potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction specialty trade services for the construction of a new unit school by replacing the existing unit school and associated support facilities at Fort Benning, GA with the requirement of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Based on the responses to this request for information notice, this project may include a requirement for a PLA. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government will consider feedback received in determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate for this requirement.
