Complete Design-Build services for the demolition of an existing exterior stair system and the design, construction, and installation of a new prefabricated commercial stair system at Salt Lake Air Route Traffic Center in accordance with attached Statement of Work and Spec. All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for NAICS Code: 236210-Industrial Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M. The estimated Project Magnitude is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this requirement.
