OWNER The Village of Fox Crossing acting through its Village Board, hereby gives notice that that Bids will be received for the following described project. PROJECT The work shall consist of The work pulverizing, fine grading and installing approximately 4,700 Tons of new HMA pavement on approximately 8,000 L.F. of existing asphalt roadways located in the Village of Fox Crossing. Additional work includes the asphalt wedging and asphalt overlay of approximately 7,500 L.F. of existing asphalt roadways, and removing 5,350 S.Y. of asphalt pavement, 510 S.Y. concrete pavement and installing 1,000 Tons of new HMA pavement and 510 S.Y. concrete pavement of recreation trail along American Drive. Miscellaneous work to include 6,500 L.F. centerline pavement marking. Bids will be received on the following Contract: Contract No. F0057-09-25-00136-C 2025 ASPHALT STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Fox Crossing in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute file Contract, and the Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. BID REJECTION The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Fox Crossing. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
