The work includes the replacement of the fine screen, blower, and genset at the wastewater treatment facility. The work shall consist of demolishing three (3) fine screens and two (2) screw conveyors and installing three (3) new OWNER-furnished fine screens with control panels and two (2) OWNER-furnished screw conveyors, demolishing three (3) aeration blowers and installing three (3) OWNER-furnished turbo blowers and an OWNER-furnished control panel, demolishing an engine generator along with its transfer switch and fuel tank and installing an OWNER-furnished generator and OWNER-furnished transfer switches, providing two (2) new noncontact flow meters, providing new controls and other items described in the Bidding Documents for the Fine Screen, Blower, and Genset Replacement Project complete and operational for the Fox West Regional Sewerage Commission's Wastewater Treatment Facility, Village of Fox Crossing, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Substantial Completion - (210) days ; Final Completion within two hundred seventy (27) days after date of formal Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER / ARCHITECT in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
