Renovation of a water / sewer project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
NCSU Yarbrough Chiller Plant project located in Raleigh, NC. This project includes work in both the Yarbrough Chiller Plant and Cates Utility Yard. In the Yarbrough Chiller Plant, a new 2,000 ton dual compressor centrifugal water chiller will be installed. In addition to the chiller, a new condenser, primary, and secondary chilled water pumps will be installed. A new refrigerant monitor will be installed and modifications will be made to the cooling tower piping to reduce air intrusion. In the Cates Utility Plant, two new secondary chilled water pumps will be installed. This project has a goal of 10% MWBE participation. If MWBE subcontractors require assistance with bonding or payment terms, please let us know. Blum Construction has the ability to create custom solutions to support a successful project outcome. Examples of Trade Partner Support: quick pay arrangements, modified insurance limits, bonding access or alternative bonding solutions, joint check agreements, prequalification assistance,disaggregation of bid packages, alternate options for financial statements prequalification requirements, break out of materials and equipment to support cash flow.
