Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodburn, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construct 5 wide sidewalk with curb & gutter on the north side of KY 240 to connect existing sidewalks from Fletcher St. to Main St. . Bids shall include a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Woodburn, in amount not less than 5% of bid. The bidder shall certify that it has secured participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in the amount of 4% percent of the total value of this contract and that the DBE participation is in compliance with the requirements of 49 CFR 26 and the policies of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet pertaining to the DBE Program. All Contractors and Dbe Subcontractors Must Be Pre-qualified With the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Possess a Certificate of Eligibility at The Time of the Bid Opening. All Other Subcontractors Must Be Prequalified When Accepting Subcontracts The LPA reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
