The successful contractor shall assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. Award will be by LOT. Prep & Paint all hallways & corridors: 1. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Pre-Cat Epoxy (Semi-Gloss finish) 2. Color: Sherwin Williams # 6126 Navaho White Prep & Paint all door jambs: 1. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Urethane Industrial Enamel 2. McCants & Calhoun trim color: Sherwin Willaims #7020 Black Fox 3. New Prospect trim color: Sherwin Williams # 194268 Gray match 1. Remove & reinstall tack strips from walls 2. Sand all surfaces lightly so new paint will bond 3. Clean all surfaces, removing dust, dirt, tape, etc. 4. Prime any bare areas with a bonding primer 5. Caulk Expansion joints with an elastomeric, caulk cracks in corners, etc. 6. Tape out/cover cabinets, smart boards, rubber base, etc. 7. No murals will be painted over at any of the schools 8. No window frames or sills to be painted 9. All paperwork, stickers, glue left on walls by teachers will be removed by painting contractor 10. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original state before final payments are submitted 11. Work hours will be determined at on-site visit
