The monthly price per MMBTU of natural gas to be paid by the Commonwealth of Kentucky shall be based on published index price of "delivered to pipeline" Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., Appalachia, as reported by the publication inside F.E.R.C's gas market report immediately subsequent to the first day of each month in which natural gas is to be delivered. Vendors' Written Questions Due: March 4, 2025 Commonwealth's Response to Written Questions: March 6, 2025 All proposed pricing shall remain valid for a minimum of sixty (60) calendar days after the bid due date. The contract established from this solicitation shall be for the initial period from the date of award through March 31, 2026.
