Renovation of a stadium in Muncie, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Scope of Work Work of the project includes removal of plaza deck pavers, insulation and waterproofing, and provide new waterproofing membrane, insulation, and concrete topping slab. Removal of existing thru-wall flashings, and provide new thru-wall flashings, as well as replacing all sealants and door thresholds as described in the project drawings. Tuckpoint all cracked and deteriorated masonry and mortar over the plaza deck area. ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $900,000.00 ANTICIPATED START DATE: May 5, 2025 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: September 26, 2025 As of August 18, 2025, construction on this project is underway.
