Jenks Public Schools - Freshman Academy - Classroom Addition - Phase III - Bid Package #2 Bid package #2 Scopes included: Terrazzo Flooring, Specialties, Plumbing and Fire Alarm only. (This work bid out previously, but we (CM) didn't get any and/or enough coverage; the scopes of work have not changed.) Include in your sealed envelope a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for 5% of your bid if over $50,000. For Subcontracts at or above $50,000.00, the Trade Contractor shall furnish the following surety bonds, (with sufficient sureties to be approved by the Owner), when the contract is awarded: 1. Performance Bond - 100% of Contract 2. Statutory Bond - 100% of Contract 3. Guarantee/Warranty Bonds - 100% of Contract - As required by CM The Owner (Jenks Public Schools) and/or Crossland Construction Co. reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner. **Total/Overall Project Value Listed
