BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the renovation of the Second, Third, and Fourth Floors of the Former Takoma Hospital, approximately 70,879 square feet. Scope of Work: 1. Fabrication and installation of HVAC ductwork and controls. 2. Plumbing (supply, waste, venting, and fixtures) 3. Sprinkler (fabrication and installation) A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
