The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor and supervision necessary to perform in a competent and workmanlike manner, all of the Rehabilitation Work provided for in the Contract relating to the described property. 2. Only rehabilitation work as described in the Scope of Work shall be performed. No work will be provided beyond that which is included in the Scope of Work. 3. Before installing any work, the Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and the property and shall report at once and in writing any error, omission, or inconsistency in the documents. A Change Order shall approve any necessary changes. If the Contractor fails to report any error, omission or inconsistency and installs work according to the error, omission, or inconsistency, they shall bear all liability and cost to complete suchwork. 4. All work shall be completed in a professional workmanship-like manner and in compliance with all building codes, other applicable laws, and SHIP general requirements. 5. To the extent required by law, all contract work shall be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform said work. 6. Contractor may at its discretion engage subcontractors to perform work hereunder provided. Contractor shall fully pay said subcontractors and in all instances remain responsible for the proper completion of the Contract. 7.
