Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Hartford, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town Board reserves the right to delay the Bid Award for up to 60 days. We are soliciting bids for a price per ton in place in the town of New Hartford. The bids should include a price per ton in place for 9.5 mm 12.5 mm 19 mm or equivalent. No polymer added. The price per ton in place should include any equipment mobilization, black top material, paving, rolling, tack coat, and any finish work. The town of New Hartford will provide sweeping, traffic control and any drainage work necessary. Paving shall be completed by the deadline of July 25, 2025. All bids will be in accordance with the conditions on file with the Town, and the successful bidder will execute a contract with the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities, and to reject any and all bids, or to rebid the project solely at the Town Board s discretion.
