Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Easton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, appurtenances, supervisions, etc. necessary to complete the following work within the limits shown and according to the plans and specifications 1. Furnish and install warning signs, lights and barricades per the traffic control plans and as needed for vehicular and pedestrian safety. It is the intent of the Engineer that the Contractor perform all work and furnish all vehicles and equipment necessary to complete the job, including lay-out, whether specifically included in the specifications and included as a pay item or not. The City of Easton is seeking bids for upgrades to the Nesquehoning Street Park in Easton's Southside neighborhood. The scope of this project is removing the existing asphalt and adding greenery, a new walking path, and concrete monuments. Question Deadline 03/18/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the online . The City of Easton reserves the right to reject all bids for any reason.
