Renovation of a municipal facility in Barrie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Flooring replacement, including the moving of furniture and affects to facilitate the work. The Society is accountable to the public for the effective, efficient, and responsible use of financial resources. Thus, we are seeking value of our funding to ensure the most cost-effective alternative to complete flooring replacement as detailed below. Specifically, the following is required: Moving, lifting of all furnishings and storage totes as required to facilitate the work. Moving, storing and re installation of all wall mounted items. Removal of all carpeted surfaces and related base material, including disposal to an authorized waste disposal area. The work could begin as early as April 29, 2025, and completion is expected by May 30, 2025. The SMCYFS reserves the right to accept any proposal submission or, at its discretion, reject any or all submission for whatever reasons it deems appropriate.
