Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Wood Utility Pole $7.5M for Upper Great Plains, Desert Southwest, Sierra Nevada Region, and Rocky Mountain Regions ***Western Area Power Administration intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. ***This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside with a base period of 48 continuous months. ***North American Industrial Code 321114 and the business size standard 550. ***The Government will award to the responsible offer, conforming to the specifications, with total lowest price; total pole amount plus total shipping amount base year (attachment F). The minimum guaranteed amount for the total duration of this contract shall be $25,000.00. ***The maximum dollar amount is estimated to be $7,500,000.00. ***After February of 2027, Pentachlorophenol will no longer be allowed in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2014-0653. ***The Contracting Officer will revise the applicable unit prices via contract modification at least annually on the contract anniversary date, based solely on the economic price adjustment index(es) mandated by this clause. If the Contracting Officer requires a price adjustment more often than annually, or designates a triggering event (such as a price variance of +/- 3% or more, for example) that will result in a revised price, the standard will be as noted here: N/A.
