The City is seeking proposals for professional landscape maintenance services at various parks, medians and facilities throughout the City. The work to be performed shall be in accordance with the Landscape Maintenance Specifications, attached as Exhibit I, and the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP details the minimum requirements of a company (Contractor) that will provide expertise, personnel and supervision to perform specific maintenance services at the identified facilities to the highest standards of horticultural excellence. It is essential that the selected Contractor assign specific personnel who display professional skill and behavior, and are best suited to work seamlessly with City personnel. The nature of the work shall consist of the following general categories. More detailed requirements of the Scope of Work can be found in the Landscape Maintenance Specifications.
