Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Anticipated award is April 21, 2025 Project consists of purchase and construction of one pre-engineered, 80'x120'x16'pole frame building, constructed to local building codes and standards, at 8911 Campstool Rd. Cheyenne, WY 82007. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Board of Public Utilities Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders
