Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of February 25, 2025 project is on hold no plans to rebid yet.** Laramie County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for retrofitting existing wall sconces with LED lights at the Laramie County Government Courthouse. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received as a result of this RFP, or to negotiate separately with competing respondents, and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any bids, or to accept that bid or bids, which in the judgment of the proper officials, is the best interest of the County. 1. Remove (105) existing scone lights and replace them with new LED SPI London Wall scones or equivalent LED scones. New scone light to be installed in existing location, mounted on existing box. Work to take place at the Main Courthouse located at 309 W. 20 th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82001. 2. Provide all equipment, supplies, labor and installation. a. Respondents must visit site in person to evaluate the conditions. 3. Comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations as provided.
