Estimated Cost $4,400,000. Longmeadow St, Shaker Rd, Emerson Rd, Cooley Dr, Bel-Air Dr, Grassy Gutter Rd, Pondside Rd, Canterbury Ln, Twin Hills Dr Longmeadow, Massachusetts Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Deliver sealed bids to Longmeadow Purchasing Dept. Late bids rejected. 5% bid deposit with bid submission. 100% Performance and Payment bond with contract. Prevailing wage applies. Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and to award a contract in its best interest.
