Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a day care center in Salem, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a 44,012-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; for the demolition of a day care center; for the remodel of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary to complete the project as described in the Plans and Specifications. The Contractor shall ensure all objectives are met by the Substantial Completion Date, and assist UCA in obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy from the Utah State Board of Education at completion of the Project. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: General Contracting services and all materials necessary to complete a building expansion at our Salem campus. This project will have a compressed timeframe and all work will need to be completed no later than August 15, 2025. Question Deadline 03/19/2025 at 11:30 AM MT Location online portal. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code . Length of Contract: 8 months beginning in March of 2025. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 6 months.
