The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and/or services listed for Salt Lake Community College. After reviewing the submitted responses, the College may choose not to proceed with the procurement. Construction Cost Estimate: $ 147,086.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Salt Lake Community College on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission. If the bid bond is not uploaded with the bid through U3P, the bid is NONRESPONSIVE. Remodel STC Academic Advising rooms per plans and specs Construction Cost Estimate: $147,086.00 Completion Time: 70 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $500.00 SLCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of SLCC.
