Site work for a mixed-use development in Hapeville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The City invites Design/Build Contractors to submit proposals responsive to the specific requirements set forth in this request for proposals (RFP). This project generally consists of the construction of a 1,500 square foot closed pump track, including necessary grading, storm water drainage, and landscaping in the southwest corner of the playing field in John R. Lewis Park. Question Deadline 03/26/2025 5:00 PM ET Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the date for opening of Proposals may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Request for Proposals are to be submitted to the Citys Engineer, Keck & Wood, Inc., in writing or email to: GAbids2025@keckwood.com. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and make the award in the best interest of the City The Design/Build Contractor's responsibilities will include all design and construction services necessary to complete the project as outlined above. The Design/Build Contractor will be responsible for verifying all existing site improvements, fencing, and site utilities including water, sewer, storm drain, and electrical service.
