Work will also include furnishing and installing all necessary appurtenances, all site work, grading and drainage, yard piping, site restoration, and all electrical work, as specified in the plans and technical specifications. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
