The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide complete landscape maintenance services for the Riverwalk Landscape Maintenance District for the following streets: Riverwalk Parkway, Pierce Street, Collett Avenue, Golden Avenue and Schuyler Avenue ("Services"), located within the City of Riverside. The area consists of approximately 17.82 acres or approximately 776,239 square feet of various landscape materials. Portions of the project sites are equipped with recycled water. The contractor will be responsible for the proper maintenance needs of the system according to Federal, State, County and Local laws and regulations. The "Pocket Parks" and "Dog Park" are not included in this RFP.
