Elbert County High School is seeking proposals for the design, installation, and maintenance of a new HVAC control system. The current system in place is outdated and no longer meets the energy efficiency or operational needs of the facility. Assessment and Design: Conduct a site survey of the current HVAC system at Elbert County High School. The date available is March 19th, 2025_ alternative date and time may be available upon request but not guaranteed Evaluate existing HVAC equipment, including boilers, PI valves, and other control components. Design a custom HVAC control solution that integrates with the existing system and addresses current inefficiencies and future needs. Provide a detailed proposal that includes system specifications, technical details, energy-saving features, and any necessary hardware and software components. 2. Installation: Supply and install all necessary hardware and software for the new HVAC control system. Ensure that the system integrates seamlessly with the existing HVAC components. Provide wiring and connections as required to support system functionality. Install and configure sensors, controllers, and user interfaces. 3. Testing and Calibration: Perform thorough testing to ensure that the HVAC control system operates efficiently and meets the desired specifications.Calibrate the system to optimize energy savings, comfort, and performance across the school. Conduct system integration tests to ensure compatibility with existing equipment. 4. Training: Provide training to school maintenance staff on the operation and maintenance of the new HVAC control system. Include both in-person and online training options.
