Scope includes demolition of existing structures and tree removal. Construction to include poured-in-place concrete walls, slabs, stairs, and sidewalks, MSE walls to be permitted by the contractor, stainless steel handrails, associated drainage, and engineered wood fiber surfacing, as well as other work shown in the drawings. Some minor electrical work is included for outlets inside the enclosure area. All work described above shall be performed as shown on the drawings and as specified.
