Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % All work within the (6) estimated Subdivisions are to be resurfaced with 1.25" of 9.5mm asphalt, with profile milling on the mainline and branches, and 2" profile mill and replace in the cul-de-sacs. Patching shall be milled at full lane width at a depth of 2" and resurfaced with 9.5mm asphalt. The parking lot at Ocee Park is to be profile milled and resurfaced with 1.25" of 9.5mm asphalt. The cul-de-sac in Thornhill shall be profile milled to a depth necessary to correct profile and create positive drainage and resurfaced with 9.5mm asphalt. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall construct the project per: o Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Specifications, Standards, and Details; o The Contract Documents including but not limited to the scope of work and specifications; o Purchase Order; o Approved Schedule; o City of Johns Creek ordinances and regulations; o OSHA standards and guidelines; o Any other applicable codes, laws and regulations including but not limited to Section 45-10-20 through 45-10-28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Anticipated NTP June 1, 2025 Completion Date September 30, 2025
