The Work involves the installation of new exterior fuel tanks on new concrete padsto replace the abandoned in-place underground fuel tanks, installation of a new HVAC unit inside the building, and abandoning the underground fuel tanks. Contractor is responsible for abandoning the existing underground fuel tanks in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, to include demolition and removal of any piping, controls, etc. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, facilities, management, surveys, testing, and services necessary to accomplish the project requirements documented in the bid documents.
