The City of Oakwood is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to manage and operate its outdoor Gardner Pool public swimming facility for the 2025, 2026 and 2027 seasons. Three additional one-year contract extensions may be executed at the exclusive option of the City of Oakwood. Q & A Deadline 03/17/2025 05:00 PM EDT Contract Award - Notice of Intent by 03/25/2025 Performance under this agreement shall commence on April 1, 2025. Unless terminated earlier or a contract extension is granted in accordance with the terms hereof, this contact term shall end on October 31, 2027. Liquidated Damages In the event that Successful firm breaches this agreement the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be assessed against Successful firm for each day that the facility is not available for use by the City of Oakwood or persons permitted by the City to use the facility. The City of Oakwood reserves the right, in its discretion, to accept the lowest and best proposal which may or may not necessarily be the lowest cost proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
