Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakwood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project primarily involves removing and replacing concrete including, but not limited to, sidewalks, curb, driveway aprons and concrete pavement as marked by the City within the project area and at various other locations throughout Oakwood. The 2025 project generally includes work in the area bound by Far Hills Avenue, East Drive, Shroyer Road, and Peach Orchard Avenue. The work includes one prime contract as shown below. The City of Oakwood may reduce from or add to the work based on financial constraints or additional needs. The unit prices bid will be used to adjust the contract amounts as directed by the City. The 2025 project generally includes work in the area bound by Far Hills Avenue, East Drive, Shroyer Road, and Peach Orchard Drive (See map in attachments). The City may also require the Contractor to perform work in other areas of the City. Unless otherwise approved by the City, awarded contractor must be able to start the project within six weeks of the award date. The City of Oakwood reserves the right to vary the stated quantities within this program as additional needs or financial constraints become apparent. The contracts will not be awarded unless bids, as received, are within the City's ability to finance the work.
