Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of approximately 7,600 linear feet (LF) of roadway with associated sidewalk, curb ramps, striping, and railroad crossing. This includes all earthwork and revegetation. Construction of approximately 7,500 linear feet (LF) of power and telecommunication duct bank with associated manholes. This includes all earthwork. Construction of approximately 8,700 linear feet (LF) of underground stormwater infrastructure with associated junction box, curb inlet and headwall. This includes all earthwork. Construction of approximately 4,000 linear feet (LF) of 15", 12" & 8" HDPE wastewater collection line. This includes all earthwork and all appurtenances required for system. Construction of approximately 2,800 linear feet (LF) of 6" force main from wet basin pond to Fire, Irrigation and Process Water Plant . This includes all earthwork, connections to water plant and all appurtenances required for system. Construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet (LF) of 12" and 16" fire water HDPE. This includes all earthwork and all appurtenances required for system. Construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet (LF) of 8" and 12" domestic water HDPE. This includes all earthwork and all appurtenances required for system. Construction of approximately 14 acres (AC) detention pond with associated wet basin.
