The City of Desert Hot Springs requests proposals from qualified professional contractors to perform city-wide street sweeping services. Sweeping of all asphalt berms, concrete curb and gutters, including all cross gutters, centerline ribbon gutters and paved center median islands citywide totaling approximately 100 centerline miles (local and collector streets). All streets identified in the attached exhibit (Project Scope Maps), shall be serviced at least once a month. If you have any questions regarding this Request for Proposal, please contact Lynne A. Paul at 760-329-6411 x225. The Contract will be in place for three (3) years starting July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 with the possibility of two (2) years administrative extensions.
