Various streets withinthe City of Grant, Nebraska(City will furnish the aggregateto storage area within Grant andContractor will pick up and deliveraggregate to aggregate spreader.Contractor will furnish and installnecessary oil);Armor Coat x 45,000 sy The Work shall completed between July 15th and September15th of 2025 due to the lack ofavailable armor coat gravel, unlessextended due to weather.Each Bidder shall submit withtheir Bid a certified check orBid Bond in a separate sealedenvelope, in an amount not lessthan five percent (5%) of the totalamount of their Base Bid. No Bidder may withdraw their proposalfor at least thirty (30) days afterthe scheduled closing time for thereceipt of Bids.A one hundred percent (100%)Performance Bonda and Labor &Material Bond shall be furnishedwithin ten (10) days of the Noticeof Award by the successful Bidder The surety company shall providethe Bidder, if awarded the Contract, with a Performance Bondand Labor & Material Bond in theamount of one hundred percent(100%) of the Contract sum.The Owner reserve the right toreject any or all Bids and to waiveinformation in Bids received.The Owner reserves the right toaccept any Bid, with or withoutalternates, which the Ownerdeems most beneficial to the Cityof Grant, Nebraska, and to reduceor increase the area coated by upto 15% without a change in theunit pricing
