The City of Attleboro Water Department located at 1296 West Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 (the "City"), acting through the Attleboro Municipal Council, invites the submission of sealed Responses for owner's project manager services related to the design and construction of the Wading River Treatment Plant, 250 Balcom Street in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Any questions concerning this Request for Services must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Office by the close of business (4:30 P.M. local time) Monday March 17, 2025 to: by email to Carol Brown at purchasing@cityofattleboro.us. Proposed New Facility Location: 350 Balcom Street, Mansfield, MA No Pre-Response Conference will be held. Time Frame: OPM Services to start on or before 6/30/2025 Facility Construction: Commence Construction: July 2025 - Completed December 2027 The City has procured the services of Tata & Howard engineers to design the Wading River WTP. The project is currently out to bid with an anticipated bid date of April 2, 2025. All proposals must remain in effect for forty-five (45) days Saturdays, Sundays & Legal Holidays excluded. The City of Attleboro reserves the right to reject any proposal or portion of a proposal, to waive any informalities in a proposal & to award contract as shall be deemed in the best interest of the City. Award of contract may be subject to the availability of funding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
