Reference Number: 0000378453 The City of Delray Beach is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to provide General Contractor Services for minor construction projects, to include small to medium renovation and remodeling, on an as-needed basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid. Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess Florida State General Contractor's license or current certificate of competency issued by Palm Beach County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City reserves the right to make separate award(s) to one or more Vendors. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. The Contract shall commence upon the date of the duly executed Agreement and shall remain in effect for an initial term of three (3) years.
