The South East Cornerstone Public School Division #209 (Division) seeks proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from entities qualified and experienced in the completion of the following HVAC project: Replacement two (2) roof-top Condensing Units Replacement of two (2) evaporator coils in the interior make-up air handling unit All requests for information regarding this RFP can be made via email to the contact listed below: Jim Swyryda - Facilities Operations Supervisor Phone: 306-848-0080 Email: jim.swyryda@secpsd.ca Any work that has not been completed due to company scheduling, lack of staff, etc. by the agreed upon completion date, the contractor will be charged under the SECPSD Liquidated Clause of $250.00 per day Notice of Award to Preferred Proponent Wednesday, April 2, 2025 Clearly indicate if this work will be completed between May 1 - August 31, 2025.
