Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and swimming pool.

Interviews with select candidates will be based on a compelling vision to achieve the goals and priorities listed below: Create a Beer Garden that is a distinctive and welcoming destination. Ensure streamlined and flexible operations limited to beer (and wine if proposed) only. Exhibit superb hospitality. Present a cogent marketing plan to reach residents of Arlington and attract visitors from around the region. Provide signage for the event to be approved by the Town. Coordinate with zero-waste Arlington committee to assess low-waste options. For the Beer Garden site, Diagram 1 shows the location of the Beer Garden at the Arlington Reservoir Beach. (yellow star is location of set-up) Diagram 1: Arlington Reservoir Beach The location is fenced-in and is located at the Town's main freshwater swimming area complete with a bath house and snack bar. Beer garden operation will be set up adjacent to the snack bar/bath house. The firm/team must have previous experience in similar projects. Successful completion of a minimum of three (3) such projects within the last five (5) years is required, and completion of five (5) overall is desired.
