The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board (NPSCDSB) wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of the St. Francis Catholic Elementary School Roof Replacement, Mechanical Upgrades & Accessibility Improvements project. General Contractors and major Roofing and Mechanical Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to tenders@leaainc.com. E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate 'St. Francis - Request for Tender Documents' in the subject line. Questions relating to the project should be directed by e-mail to tenders@leaainc.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
