This is an unrestricted procurement under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. Funds are not presently available, and no contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 850 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
