City of Harrisburg is accepting SEALED BIDS for the (1) MOWING AND WEED EATING; (2)MOWING ONLY; and (3) WEED EATING ONLY for the entire City Cemetery. The bid packets must be filled out and accompany all sealed bids received by the City. The purpose of the bidding shall be for the City to accepts bids for: (1) Mowing and Weed Eating of the entire City Cemetery: (2) The Mowing only of the entire City Cemetery;and/or (3) the Weed Eating only of the entire City Cemetery The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the following conditions: (1) Successful bidder must enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with the City; (2) No herbicides or weed quiller shall be used in the Cemetery; and (3) Successful bidder shall comply with all General Conditions in the bid packet. The City Council of the City of Harrisburg expressly reserves the right to acceptor reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bid received.
