The 21st Contracting Squadron is seeking quotations for the removal and replacement of ATS and Generator equipment at CMSFS. Please refer to Attachment 1 - 519 SOW ATS & Bldg 90 Generator Replacement, for further information. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing necessary labor, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete all work stated in this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall follow all current, applicable codes, regulations, and standards. All work procedures and materials shall be coordinated by the 21 Civil Engineering Squadron (21 CES). Requirements and Optimization (R&O) Section prior to the start of work. . The contractor will remove (and dispose a Cummins 600A, 480V, 4 wire, Power Control and Auto-Transfer switch, see pic 1. The contractor will then purchase, install and program a new 600A, 480V, 4 wire, Power Control and Auto-Transfer switch. Unit must have the following specs: Bypass Transfer Switch-Power Command: 300A/400A/600A; BTPC600, Transfer Switch-Bypass, Power Command, 600 Amp; Listing - UL 1008/CSA Certification Application - Utility to Genset; Cabinet - Type 3R; Transfer Mode - Delayed Transition; Poles -4 (Switched Neutral); Frequency - 60 Hz; System - 3 Phase, 3 or 4 Wire; Voltage - 480 Volts AC; Level 2 Transfer Switch Control; digital display; Interface - Communications Network, FTT-10; Auxiliary Relay - Switch in Emergency Position - 24 Volts DC; Auxiliary Relay - Switch In Normal Position - 24 Volts DC; - Test Switch; - Override Switch; Transfer Switch Warranty - Year 0 - 2: Parts, Labor and Travel Year 3 - 5: Parts Only Year 6 - 10: Main. The contractor will then purchase, install and program a new 600A, 480V, 4 wire, Power Control and Auto-Transfer switch. The contractor will then purchase, install, and program a new 10kW- 15 kW, single phase, 120/208 Volt, 40- gallon diesel, double wall tank generator. This unit must have the following additional accessories, a Battery heater kit, a battery charger, and extreme cold weather kit. Shall include a standard warranty for this generator unit and accessories. - The contractor will remove (and dispose in accordance with DLA Disposition Services in coordination with the customer) a Kohler Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) located on outside wall of Bldg. 90, see pics 6. The contractor will then purchase, install, and program a new single phase, 120/208V, 100A ATS, or like in kind. This ATS shall have a switched neutral function, Test Switch, Override Switch and be compatible with newly installed generator. Shall include a standard warranty for this Automatic Transfer Switch.
