Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. As Soon as the Bid Prices Have Been Compared, the Owner Will Return the Bonds of All Except the Three Lowest Responsible Bidders. When the Agreement is Executed, the Bonds of the Two Remaining Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned. The Bidder Acknowledges That This Bid is for a Local Share Assessment (Lsa) Grant Through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (Cfa) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Bidder is Therefore Subject to the Provisions, Duties, Obligations and Penalties of the Lsa, Cfa and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Laws and Regulations. Cfa Provisions Will Be Provided With the Bid Document Request. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding, or to Limit the Scope of Work Involved. The Bid Will Be Approved and Contract Granted at the Regularly Scheduled Commissioners Meeting Held on October 28, 2025 at the Montour County Administration Center, 435 East Front Street, Danville, Pa, Beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Bidders and the Public Are Welcome to Attend the Meeting.
