Upgrade and Replace Fire Alarm System at the Lost Valley Visitor Center Failure to attend this conference and register will be cause for rejection of a bid. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the Contract in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price as described in the Bid package. No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the Bid without the consent of the Owner. The Board of Trustees of the McHenry County Conservation District reserves the right to accept any part, or all of any quotes, and to reject any and all or parts of any and all proposals. Any proposal which contains items not specified or which does not complete all the items scheduled for quotation, shall be considered informal and shall/may be rejected on this basis.
