The Town of Harwich is accepting written quotes to remove, dispose of, and replace approximately 760 feet of stockade fencing behind the Community Center, 100 Oak Street, Harwich, MA. The Successful Proposer must furnish a 50% Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General law Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty days, Saturdays and Sundays and Legal Holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids. The Town of Harwich through its Board of Selectmen reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town of Harwich to do so.
