The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Hosler Road Septic Elimination as follows: Approximately 7,950 LF of 8" and approximately 900 LF of 12" gravity sanitary sewer via open excavation to eliminate up to 60 septic systems in Leo-Cedarville No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the LCRSD, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the District; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the District, or is engaged in litigation with the District. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
